1. No of Vacancy: 300 - 500 [Three to Five Hundred].
2. Industry: Textile - Garment Making.
3. Nature of Work: Checking or working on industrial machine / buttoning / hemming / working in the assembly line etc.
4. Location: Bangalore & Mumbai Suburb.
5. Wage: Rs. 6300/- and Attendance Bonus Rs. 450/ month + Annual Bonus Rs. 10,000 - on Monthly Basis. (With ESI, PF and Gratuity Facilities). That will be revised in April 2012 as well as in every 6 months.
6. Working hours: 9am to 5.30 pm and as per factories act every 20 working days eligible for 1 EL.
7. Facilities: FREE hostel with cooking facilities and transportation. More facilities such as – entertainment, lunch and refreshments in working hours have been under consideration.
8. Medical benefits / sick leave for the trainees – In house full time Doctors and Nurses / Sick leave covered under ESI.
9. Notice period for leaving the job - Either side one month Notice period.
